	We have daily, weekly and monthly rates in which you pay the electric.

Beacon 7 RV Park, Seadrift Texas

	NO BIG DOGS ALLOWED!
	No boats are allowed with the monthly RV's.
	Rates Include City Water, Sewer, Cable TV & Wi-Fi.
	Based on Two Person Occupancy.
	Additional Rate per person $3.00 each night.
	One RV per site.
	Dump Station available.
	One pet Maximum, and must pick up after pet.
	Wash RV's, Vehicles and Boats on Gravel.
	Major Mechanical Work and Oil Changes are not allowed.
	While AC is in use, all windows and doors to RV are to be closed.
	Check out time is 1:00 PM

Rates are subject to change mainly, if the AC Rule is not carried out.
